Legal Support Supervisor

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Legal Support Supervisor to lead, mentor, and inspire the firm’s Legal Support team. This role is integral in driving innovation and ensuring the team stays ahead of the evolving demands of the legal industry. The ideal candidate will combine a strong foundation in legal support with exceptional project and people management skills, emphasizing continuous upskilling, mentoring emerging talent, and leveraging technology to optimize processes and enhance team efficiency. Must have at least fives years’ experience in legal support with at least two years in a supervisory or coordinating capacity. Shall be proficient in the use of word processing and other automated equipment, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software packages.
