Overview

AGG’s affinity groups weave together the rich tapestry of backgrounds found at our firm and serve as vital pillars in our mission to encourage the recruitment, retention, and professional development of diverse legal professionals throughout the firm.

Our affinity groups, including the Asian Legal Professionals, Black Legal Professionals, Hispanic/Latinx Legal Professionals, and LGBTQ+ Legal Professionals, provide support through networking events, mentorship, and educational opportunities. We strive to create platforms for open dialogue to address the unique challenges and opportunities facing our diverse attorneys and staff, as well as provide resources to ensure everyone at the firm feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
