  • Representation of master developer in developing large mixed-use, multiple component project with office, retail and residential (multi-family and single family) components. 
  • Representation of developer as component of large, integrated mixed-use development which incorporates office, retail, residential and hospitality elements. 
  • Representation of master developer of mixed-use redevelopment of a former public housing development with elements including public infrastructure, mixed-income residential rental housing, single family housing, retail and office components. 
  • Representation of developer in acquisition, development, and financing of mixed-use residential condominium and retail project with ground lease, air rights, land swap, conventional and new markets tax credit loans, and TAD funds. 
  • Representation of developer in connection with multi-phased, mixed-use development comprised of multifamily and single family residential components, a new elementary school, a community center, a YMCA, a bank branch and other retail. 
  • Representation of public housing authority in structuring and financing with HUD grant funds a large master planned community revitalization project with multiple components including public infrastructure, mixed-income housing and recreational amenities. 
  • Representation of developer/owner in development and financing of mixed-use, multifamily rental housing and retail project, including joint venture with faith-based organization, FHA 221(d)(4) loan, and low-income housing tax credit investment. 
  • Representation of real estate equity fund in connection with its investment in two phase mixed-use development in urban area.
