AGG Partner Jonathan L. Neville is mentioned in the April 27, 2010 issue of Bisnow Atlanta as the real estate attorney for Smashburger, a Denver-based restaurant chain that intends to open five locations in Atlanta. Smashburger currently has 58 stores around the U.S., with plans to open at least 100 more by the end of 2010. The Atlanta locations are tentatively planned for East Cobb, the Perimeter Mall area, Dunwoody, Alpharetta and Buckhead/Midtown. Scott Crane, Smashburger President, says that Atlanta’s economy is relatively strong, and he likes that Atlanta’s mild climate will mean fewer weather disruptions for the new locations.
